1. Returns
– Products are eligible for return within one day of receipt in cases where the wrong item has been delivered or if the item is found to be spoilt. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.


2. Refunds
– Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.


3. Exchanges
– If an item is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged for a new one subject to an investigation conducted by the vendor.


4. Return Shipping
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or wrong item shipped.
